Rate: $220 per hour
Highly Complex Engagement Scope
*Multiple departments and workflows
*In-depth operational observation
*Leadership collaboration and staff engagement
*Surveys, data analysis, and reporting
*Policy, procedure, and process improvement
*Ongoing implementation support
Rate: $255 per hour
Weekly rates are available for all engagement levels. Engagements are customized based on organizational needs.

Payment Terms
-Consulting fees are due at the time of scheduling
-Engagement fees are due on the 1st and 15th of each month
